- A license issued allowing hotels to sell and service spirits, beer, and wine for on-premises consumption, and from honor bars in guest rooms. Must have 20 or more rooms used for sleeping accommodations for guests. Allows the service of spirits, beer, and wine by the individual serving without charge to overnight guests. Allows the sale of beer and wine for off-premises consumption at retail sales locations within the hotel. Allows the sale of spirits, beer, and wine through room service. Catering is included in this license.
