Wine importer

License for a person or business who acquires foreign-produced wine from a source outside the U.S. for the purpose of selling the same or who purchases wine from a wine certificate of approval holder. Certificates can go to domestic breweries, domestic wineries or out-of-state brand owners, authorized representatives for U.S.-produced wine and beer, and authorized representative for foreign-produced wine and beer.
