    Detectives are currently conducting their investigation surrounding the circumstances of a fatal officer involved shooting Sunday morning in the Sand Point neighborhood. Shortly before 10:00 am Sunday, two North Precinct patrol officers responded to a report of a waiting burglary call in an apartment building in the 6800 block of 62nd Avenue NE.

Seattle police verified the incident was an officer-involved shooting in a tweet sent at 10:48 a.m. Medics performed CPR on the woman for 10 minutes, and no officers were injured.
