    Metro's Routes 8 and 39 were temporarily detoured. But a Metro Transit spokeswoman said Sound Transit's Link light-rail service was not affected. The Rainier Vista Boys & Girls Club, at 4520 Martin Luther King Jr Way S., was evacuated as a precaution but reopened a short time later.
