3rd suspicious fire found burning just blocks from others
On Monday fire crews responded to the 5200 block of Brooklyn Avenue NE around 8:30 p.m. and found a couch on fire that had been pushed up against a wooden stairwell outside of a home.

5500 block of 15th Avenue NE.
3rd suspicious fire found burning just blocks from others
Around 8 p.m. Saturday a discarded couch and three dumpsters were found burning behind an apartment building in the 5500 block of 15th Avenue NE. The raging flames were almost as tall as the nearby apartment building, investigators said.

1300 block of NE 56th Avenue
3rd suspicious fire found burning just blocks from others
The second blaze was set a half hour later when mattresses were lit up in an alley behind the 1300 block of NE 56th Avenue, according to fire officials. That building did not sustain any damages.
