  When officers arrived, the witness told them he saw a man leave the store through a broken window. A description of the man was sent out to other officers and within minutes a man matching the description was spotted near 15th Avenue and Spring Street.

  About 1:45 a.m. Sunday, a car pulled up to a man walking at 15th Avenue and East Jefferson Street and the driver asked for directions, so the man walked to the driver's door, according to police.
