    In April we told you that the building at 119 N. 85th St., which used to house Squirrel's second-hand shop, would be demolished and replace by a four-story apartment building with 24 small efficiency dwelling units (studios) and retail at ground level. The project underwent Administrative Review, meaning there was no public meeting for design review.
