SPD: Man fatally stabbed brother in S. Seattle

Cops arrived at the apartment in the 4800 block of South Garden Street to find a 51-year-old man with "significant knife wounds," according to Seattle Police. Seattle Fire Department medics declared the man dead at the scene.

4 shooting suspects captured after fleeing police

The incident began around 2:15 p.m. with a report of gunfire coming from a car near 27th Avenue and East Union Street in the Central District, Seattle police said.

About an hour later, officers with Seattle's Gang Unit spotted the suspect car driving on Rainier Avenue South near S. Charlestown Street and tried to pull over the car once marked officers were nearby, but the suspects sped away.

A brief chase ensued until the suspects' Kia crashed into a pickup truck at Renton Avenue South and South Rose Street, police said.
