Director Shay Moore spent years teaching out of other spaces (including 12 years at the Phinney Center and many years at American Dance Institute) before finally opening her own space.

Daily Journal of Commerce: Two large real estate deals in Greenwood

The Ould Triangle tavern, 9736 Greenwood Ave. N., has been sold for more than $2 million. Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections shows an application for three townhouses and two live-work units, with two in-structure parking spaces. The existing building will be demolished.
