Power is also out at Ballard’s busiest intersection, at 15th and Market St. “Just tried to get through the intersection of 15th and Market with no traffic lights and dodging a zillion lanes of impatient drivers and buses in all directions,” says Jillian on My Ballard’s Facebook page.

    Updating: Seattle City Light reports widespread outages along both sides of the Ship Canal. Much of Old Ballard and Market St. west of 15th Ave. are without power, as well as parts of Sunset Hill. City Light says 3,658 customers are impacted, and it estimates the power will be restored at 12:44 a.m.

– REVEL MOVING: The Fremont Korean restaurant Revel is moving to South Lake Union — temporarily. The restaurant at 403 N 36th St. is the site of an upcoming 3-story development, and when it’s complete, Revel plans to move back to Fremont, Eater reports.

– JOLI REVIEWED: Joli opened at NW 65th St. and 7th Ave. NW in September, and the Seattle Times reviewer says it has an “ambitious menu” and the “bar is likely to become a real draw.”

    Man points gun at driver at 15th and Market
    A woman and her daughter were driving through the intersection at 15th and Market on Tuesday night when a man in a ski mask pointed a gun at them, according to a police report. Police responded just after 9 p.m., but were unable to find the suspect. No one was injured.
