A design review meeting is set for July 6 on a project aimed at expanding an existing building at 9049 20th Ave SW.

The expansion includes an increase of the building footprint and an additional 3 stories. The proposed uses are 22 apartments, 6 small efficiency dwelling units and 7,777 sq. ft. of office on the ground floor. Parking for 35 vehicles will be provided off-site at 9051 20th Ave SW.

Mowing knee-high grass with your standard mower may not be a great idea. "Mowing tough, tall grass could result in, well, a broken mower." So Doug recommends a "walk behind weed eater."
