Ballard homeless camp set to move soon

The new site, at 3814 Fourth Ave. NE, is 20 percent larger than the current site in Ballard. The Ballard site has been serving up to 25 people at a time, according to the city's post, though when it opened, it was slated to serve up to 40 people at a time.
