My child attended from the beginning of the school until recently, when we had to pull him out due to series of disturbing behavior on the part of the ILS staff. One of the more notable issues was when I walked in and witnessed all the children being forced to lay down on their stomaches (prison riot style) while a staff member yelled at them to remain still and be quiet. On a separate occasion I picked up my child who was in a state of deep anxiety and anger. Never have I seen my child so upset. I don't know what happened exactly, but he was made to explore negative emotions for a prolonged period of time. After speaking to a child psychologist, he confirmed you don't do that to a six year old. I am happy we got him of there before they did any real emotional damage. Now, I know other families have gone through there without issue, but that's not our experience.
