    Back in October, Skanska announced it had purchased a 19,440-square-foot parcel of land on Fourth Avenue in Belltown, previously called the 2200 Block. Last week, the company announced more details on the project design by Grzywinski + Pons and VIA Architecture, including some early renderings, as it gets ready to present plans at a May 15 Early Design Guidance meeting.
