  • Chief Sealth High School reviewed by a parent

Unfortunately my experience has been really bad. Chief Sealth could be so good. They have amazing programs, a beautiful campus and a community rich in diversity. The principal does nothing to bring out the best of people. Most of her staff is just waiting for her to "retire or leave so she can take care of her family" I refuse to be part of a community that is only waiting for its leader to go away. No IB program, dual immersion pathway, mariachi band, academy of finance is enough for my family to stay. We are leaving but my heart breaks for families that do not have any other choice for their kids to prepare for college or any other opportunities in life.
